At the beginning of the Chinese New Year in 2023, SGR Microelectronics is following the footsteps of the new year to release new products: 60GHz millimeter wave radar transceiver sets - SRV1101 and SRV2201. This is another millimeter wave radar transceiver chip product line launched by Sijie Microelectronics, following the 24GHz and 77GHz series chip products.
SRV1101 integrates a transmitting channel, a receiving channel, an FMCW frequency synthesizer based on fractional frequency division phase-locked loop, and a local oscillator signal output port. The SRV2201 chip integrates two transmission channels, two reception channels, and a local oscillator signal input port. Both chips use Fanout packaging technology, effectively reducing the signal loss introduced by the packaging at millimeter wave frequencies, while also better supporting AiP functionality.
